1. Overview

This website is operated by Revvenit, doing business as Revvenit. Throughout these Terms, “Revvenit,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of revvenit.com.

These Terms of Service govern your access to the website, online store, products, features, and related services.

By visiting the website, creating an account, submitting content, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms and to the policies incorporated into them, including our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice.

Do not access or use the website if you do not agree to these Terms.

2. Shopify

The Revvenit store is hosted using Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform through which products and services are offered.

Your use of payment, accelerated checkout, account, and other Shopify-operated features may also be subject to Shopify’s applicable terms and privacy practices.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction to make a purchase, or you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use the website or products for an unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

The information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. Notify Revvenit promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Revvenit may suspend or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful activity, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Products and descriptions

Revvenit attempts to present product descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, materials, and availability accurately.

Actual colors and appearance may vary because of screen settings, lighting, garment-dye processes, printing methods, and manufacturing variations.

Unless expressly guaranteed on the product page, minor variations in print placement, color, sizing, fabric texture, and finish are not defects.

Products, prices, designs, and availability may change without notice.

6. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Receipt of an order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

Revvenit may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Product unavailability;
Pricing or description errors;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Reseller or automated purchasing activity;
Shipping restrictions;
Violation of these Terms; or
Technical or fulfillment errors.

When Revvenit cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

7. Pricing, payment, and taxes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Shipping charges, taxes, customs duties, and other applicable charges may be added at checkout or imposed by the destination jurisdiction.

You agree to provide valid and current payment, billing, and contact information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with the order.

8. Limited releases, preorders, and made-to-order merchandise

Certain merchandise may be produced in limited quantities or manufactured only after an order is placed.

Estimated production and shipping dates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Revvenit may update production estimates when circumstances outside its reasonable control cause delays.

Return and cancellation restrictions applicable to limited, preorder, customized, or made-to-order products will be disclosed in the product description or Return and Refund Policy.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by the Revvenit Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and deliverable address. Revvenit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information, customs processing, carrier disruption, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates rights provided by applicable consumer law.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Revvenit Return and Refund Policy.

11. Automotive content and products

Revvenit is an automotive entertainment and merchandise brand. Website, video, social-media, and product content is provided for entertainment and general informational purposes.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise:

Revvenit products are not original-equipment vehicle components;
They are not certified racing or safety equipment;
They are not intended to replace professional mechanical advice;
They have not been approved or endorsed by a vehicle manufacturer; and
They should not be used in a way that obstructs visibility, interferes with vehicle controls, violates traffic laws, or creates a safety hazard.

Always follow applicable laws, product instructions, and vehicle-manufacturer guidance. Consult a qualified professional before performing a vehicle repair or modification.

Nothing sold or published by Revvenit encourages street racing, reckless driving, unlawful modification, or unsafe conduct.

12. Intellectual property

The Revvenit name, logo, original graphics, product designs, photographs, videos, writing, website layout, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Revvenit and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, modify, create derivative commercial products from, or otherwise exploit Revvenit materials without written authorization.

Limited personal and noncommercial viewing of publicly available website content is permitted.

13. Third-party names and trademarks

Vehicle names, manufacturer names, product names, logos, and other third-party marks are the property of their respective owners.

Reference to a third-party brand does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or affiliation unless Revvenit expressly states otherwise.

14. Reviews, photographs, and submissions

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other material to Revvenit, you represent that:

You created it or have permission to submit it;
It does not infringe another person’s rights;
It is accurate and not misleading;
It does not contain unlawful, defamatory, threatening, or malicious content; and
It does not contain malware or harmful code.

You grant Revvenit a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, edit, and use the submission in connection with operating and promoting Revvenit, subject to applicable privacy and publicity laws.

Revvenit is not required to publish or retain submissions.

15. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to an account or system;
Introduce malware or harmful code;
Scrape or harvest personal information;
Interfere with website security or operation;
Impersonate another person;
Submit false payment or shipping information;

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revvenit and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, fulfillment partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or products.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Revvenit’s liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits liability that legally cannot be limited, including liability arising from fraud, intentional misconduct, or other nonwaivable obligations.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold Revvenit harmless from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another party’s rights.

20. Termination

Revvenit may restrict or terminate access to the website when a user violates these Terms, engages in fraud or abuse, or threatens the operation or security of the service.

Terms that logically should survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect.

21. Changes

Revvenit may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to any nonwaivable consumer rights, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the website will be brought in a court with appropriate jurisdiction in Knox County, Tennessee.

23. Severability

If part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

24. Entire agreement

These Terms and the policies incorporated into them constitute the entire agreement concerning use of the Revvenit store and supersede prior communications regarding the same subject.
