Order processing
Processing time is the time required to prepare an order before it is transferred to the shipping carrier. It does not include the carrier’s transit time.
Estimated processing times are:
- Stocked merchandise: approximately 2–5 business days;
- Made-to-order or print-on-demand merchandise: approximately 5–10 business days; and
- Preorders or limited releases: according to the estimate displayed on the applicable product page.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or federal holidays.
During launches, holidays, sales, severe weather, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing may take longer.
Preorders
A preorder is a purchase of an item that is not yet ready to ship. The estimated shipping period will be displayed on the applicable product page.
If Revvenit cannot ship an order within the stated timeframe, we will provide an updated estimate and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
Federal rules generally require online sellers to ship within the time represented to customers—or within 30 days when no shipping time is stated—and to obtain the customer’s consent to certain delays or issue a refund.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Available shipping services, estimated transit times, and prices are displayed at checkout.
Carrier delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and accepted by the carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless the selected carrier service expressly provides a guarantee.
Tracking
When tracking is available, the customer will receive a shipping-confirmation email after the label has been created.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to begin displaying movement. The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean the carrier has already received the package.
Split shipments
Products may be stocked or manufactured at different locations. An order containing multiple items may therefore arrive in more than one shipment.
Customers will not be charged additional shipping solely because Revvenit divides an order into multiple packages.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Contact support@revvenit.com immediately if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or refused address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is shipped again.
Delivered but missing packages
When tracking shows that an order was delivered but the package cannot be located:
- Check the delivery location, mailbox, household members, neighbors, building office, or parcel locker.
- Allow one additional business day, because some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before completing delivery.
- Contact the carrier using the tracking number.
- Contact support@revvenit.com within seven days of the recorded delivery date if the package remains missing.
Revvenit will assist with a reasonable carrier investigation. Replacements or refunds are determined based on the circumstances and the results of the investigation.
Lost or damaged shipments
Contact support@revvenit.com if tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or if the shipment arrives visibly damaged.
Preserve the packaging and provide photographs when requested. Revvenit may need this information to file a carrier or fulfillment claim.
International shipping
At launch, Revvenit may limit shipping to addresses within the United States.
When international delivery is available, the destinations and shipping services will be shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states that those charges have been prepaid.
International delivery may be delayed by customs inspection. Revvenit does not control customs processing times.
Shipping restrictions
Revvenit may be unable to deliver to certain countries, territories, military addresses, freight-forwarding services, or post-office boxes.
An order may be canceled and refunded when no supported shipping method is available.
