Standard merchandise
Unless a product is identified as final sale, made to order, print on demand, customized, or a preorder, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed;
- In its original condition;
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, damage, or alterations; and
- Returned with its original packaging or tags when applicable.
Proof of purchase is required.
To begin a return, contact support@revvenit.com and include your order number and the reason for the return. Do not mail an item back without receiving return instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Made-to-order and print-on-demand products
Products identified on the product page as made to order, print on demand, customized, or produced specifically for the customer are considered final sale, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, materially misprinted, or different from what was ordered.
Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellations and changes are not guaranteed after fulfillment has begun.
Preorders and limited releases
Preorder, limited-release, and special-drop merchandise may be designated as final sale on the applicable product page.
Any special return restrictions shown on a product page will become part of this policy for that product.
Incorrect sizes
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description and available size chart before ordering.
Standard stocked merchandise may be returned under the conditions above. Made-to-order or print-on-demand merchandise cannot ordinarily be returned solely because the customer selected the wrong size.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Inspect your order promptly after delivery.
Contact support@revvenit.com within 14 days of delivery if:
- An item arrived damaged or defective;
- You received the wrong item, design, color, or size;
- An item listed on the packing slip was missing; or
- The product has a significant manufacturing or printing defect.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
After reviewing the claim, Revvenit may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution. Revvenit will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping when the problem was caused by Revvenit or its fulfillment partner.
Minor variations in color, print placement, garment texture, or sizing that are normal to the manufacturing or printing process are not necessarily defects.
Final-sale items
The following cannot ordinarily be returned:
- Gift cards;
- Digital products;
- Customized or personalized merchandise;
- Made-to-order and print-on-demand products, except for qualifying defects;
- Clearance items specifically marked “Final Sale”;
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used; and
- Products returned outside the applicable return period.
These exclusions apply except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not guaranteed because sizes and limited-release products may sell out.
When an item is eligible for return, the fastest method is generally to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item once the return has been approved.
Return shipping
Unless the item was damaged, defective, missing, or incorrectly fulfilled, the customer is responsible for return-shipping expenses.
Original shipping charges and expedited-shipping fees are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Revvenit.
Revvenit is not responsible for an unauthorized return or a return package that is lost before it reaches the designated return facility. Customers should retain their shipping receipt and tracking information.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after a refund is issued for it to appear on your account. Processing time depends on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
Order cancellations
Contact support@revvenit.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.
Revvenit will attempt to accommodate the request, but cancellation or modification is not guaranteed after payment has been processed or fulfillment has begun.
